The difference between standard and express is the express order that arrived on wednesday was received on the system Thursday so the counter can begin, the standard order that I had delivered two and a half weeks ago still hasn’t been opened. it’s not an 8 day gap as turnaround time suggest, more like 23

  3. Hi, On the submission form for pokemon there is an option for Indonesian Language. It does not appear on the published list I found below. Could you please confirm if you will grade Indonesian cards? https://www.cgccomics.com/news/article/8633/pokemon-cards-graded/ Specifically the KFC Promo sets and the Upnormal Coffee promo.   4. The list occasionally disappears like this. It will come back don’t worry. Could be an IT glitch or them making some upgrades on the system. Have seen this happen multiple times and they reappear fairly quickly. if your order hasn’t appeared at all since being delivered wait 7-10 days as it takes them time to open and verify the cards before putting them on the system.
  5. It will stay on received for most of the time. My last Bulk order took about a week to complete once it changed from received. turnaround times look to have changed to 70 days now no so will likely by 60-65 working days until it changes. if feels like nothing is happening but it does move quickly when it does change.
  6. Hi, Are you able to clarify when in the process payments will be taken going forward. Will it be based on a specific status change eg scheduled for grading? And will there be any warning before payment is taken? I only ask as I tend to keep money in a savings account until its actually needed to stop me accidentally spending it. Thanks.
  7. My understanding based on answers Paul has given recently would be that the cards once received go through a verification process. Based on the number of cards, accuracy of the submission form, having to validate/research any cards would mean that some batches come out of the verification phase faster than others and into the queue for grading. This would mean that not all orders are graded in the order they are received.
  8. I saw Paul give an answer to this question yesterday. He obviously wouldn't tell us everything but I think what he said was: the final grade is never higher than one point above the lowest sub graded (so if you get 7,10,10,10 it wont be above an 8) and if the two lowest sub grades are the same then that is its grade ( so 7,7,10,10 would grade a 7) He said there was more to it, and thats just how i interpreted what he said. I could always be wrong.
  9. I am trying to do a submission, have 68 items in my basket. When i try and add anymore i get a pop up saying "forbidden" and it won't add any more cards. Have tried usual IT fixes of different browser etc. Are there any known issues?
  10. Hi, Could you please clarify the pricing changes for me please? If i submit cards on the online system on the 15th and it says the current price, are you then going to Charge more if they arrive after the price changes on the 16th? If Yes, then does this take into account the week it is currently taking your guys to open the packages? I.E will we have to get cards there by the 8th/9th to have any chance of the current prices? With regards to error cards being a separate tier. I have one one error card and approx 200 other cards i want to submit in a week or so. I submit from the Uk. Is there a way to avoid having to pay the extra $100 shipping just to have the one error card graded? International shipping shows the price for up to 400 cards, At the end of Feb I will be submitting a bigger batch than 400 cards. What happens to the shipping prices after 400? Cheers, Nathan
  11. Hi Paul, Sorry just after clarification. I have cards I will be submitting, if I submit them on the website on the 10th, and the prices are still at the old price, but the package arrives on the 17th will you be charging more than what was on the website when I submit it? from you other replies I see receiving is currently taking a week to open the packages, does that mean we need to get them delivered to you by day the 8th for you to have enough time to open them up before the 16th to avoid higher fees?
  12. Just as a reference as to where they are with bulk orders currently. My bulk order that was received 11/17 has just been shipped within the past day, it took about a week to ship from when the status changed from received.
  13. Mine was received on the same day as yours and is now in scheduled for grading. I saw one of the admins saying they are currently taking around 36 working days but I think it’s going to keep creeping up for a while.
