On the other side of the coin: That Northland 9.8 Silver Surfer 4 that went for $9000 is a beauty.

Anybody who picks that one up is buying the grade not the book. It is especially bad in contrast with the black frame.

As a high-grade spidey collector, this website will be your best friend: GP Analysis It lists the average prices (and much more) that graded comics are going for. It will also give you prices that specific pedigrees are going for. The subscription cost is negligible. It is fun to peruse and will inform your purchases as you enter the expensive world of HIgh Grade Amazing Spider-Man.

Wow. Some Bronze Age Gems for sure. I hardly ever see HOM 194, 196, & 200 for sale in high grade.

I will definitely keep you in mind....in about 20 years.
