Maybe if you think it could bump up the grade? They are already pretty beat up so I personally wouldn't be getting them pressed, or cleaned.

They can't grade comics.

Sounds like something I would personally get graded, it just depends on if you'd like it encased.

I'll have to update the pictures when the book arrives.

Tip Top Comics #3 1936
1.5 Spine is taped; 5/8" tear top cover; some upper and lower spine abrasion, top staple doesn't go all the way through the book.
Both staples seem to have been replaced, making it conserved.
