  1. Why would automatically assume it was a scam? The slab is clearly broken. You obviously didn't package it well enough for this to not happen. Cut out some pieces of cardboard that are the same shape of the slabbed card. Place one on the front and one on the back. I've shipped about 1000 cards this way with 0 complaints.
  2. Have like $30 and the patience to wait 65 days to get it back? If yes, then do it. Hard to tell from the photos, but you'd likely get a 7-8 grade
  3. Yes, they grade each card individually. You have no "odds" of getting a 10/10. If your card is a perfect card, it'll receive a 10. They don't randomly decide which cards get 10's on pure luck. If you sent in 50 cards that are perfect 10's, you get 50 10's back. If you sent in 50 cards that are not 10's, you won't receive a 10.
