  1. Good afternoon @PaulS., i was able to finally submit my submission, but when trying to open packing slip, i get this error. What do i do now?
  2. Hi there, I keep getting this error, along with other errors while trying to submit, it keeps happening when im trying to add to my cart. Other errors occur even when loading into the submission forms itself. How would i even get to submit if this is happening.
  3. 12/10/20 - TCG - STANDARD - Received Its been a while when the turnaround times when I submitted for standard was 20 Business days.
  4. I was worried for nothing. They delivered it later on in the day and i got my shipment updated onto my account.

  6. Hello everyone, I am super new to this whole grading card submissions. I basically followed instructions I received from submitting an order as well as watched videos on packaging. I have shipped the package via Priority Mail USPS to the address, CGC Trading CardsPO Box 4701Sarasota, FL 34230 Now my concern is that I see this status on its tracking. As I called CGC and asked about how this works, they said their office usually has workers 24/7 to receive packages and that the address isn't really a PO Box that needs to be picked up. Has anyone else encountered this issue? What should my next steps be? Do I wait a few days to see if it updates or should I call the post office to see what is going on?
