I think you two should relist them. For the money you're out from this guy it sounds like these weren't anything to sneeze at and I have a feeling many people would be interested in them again. Including myself.

I hate to admit it, but you are probably right. The good thing is, at least for me, is that I sold the books at cost. So the fact that he can't pay for them isn't the complete end of the world. Just wish he would have been upfront with me, as opposed to out-and-out lying.

Totally agree. However, since you have been waiting for much longer than even me, you should definitely get paid first.

@ Podboy, I was looking at that Blonde Phantom. That cover is by far my favorite of The Blonde Phantom run, but I couldn't get over the dirtiness of the front cover. Here are two Davis Crippen "D" Copy books that I picked upon Heritage:

I gotta say Action Comics #1 all the way!! Just kidding. For sure the first appearance of Batman, dust shadow aside. I would take a 2.0 Action #1 without tape over the 4.0 Detective though.
