    Are the pictures on page one pics that were in the auction, or pics you took after receiving the book? If not link to e bay item. edit. okay and pulled up the listing and the splits are definitely noticeable in the scans. the description sucks for the sure as he says cover is firmly attached which it is not looking at picture no.3 there is a severe tear at the top staple.

    but the turd puts in a grade of what he thinks it "should" come back at. He should just send it back and call him out on his lousy descriptions and non existent grading skills.

    Comicdey is right. Those splits are going to knock it down to 3.5 at least. Item is not as described. Why not just send it back? And on another note, we have quite a few really good dealers right here on the boards. Give them a shout if your looking for something.

    really hard to tell with these pictures. what's going on in the Juggernauts back? Printers crease or a tear. Hard to tell. Top staple looks like there is some enlargement around the holes to. can't see much on that back cover either with a pic.
