Here's an update on this thread. I'm just about finished processing the next round, that will feature #61 - #100.
I'm looking at Tuesday 3/5 in the evening, around 6 to get started back up. I will probably split the thread into two evenings, doing about 20 books each night. Go get some money lined up.
There will be roughly 18 new slabs (9.0-9.4), and three left overs slabs from the last round, and maybe a discount on those.

Whoever graded that book, or let it out the door, should be escorted out of the building, locked out, and never be seen near a comic book again.

Did you end up listing the 48 and 52 in the last group? If not, are they coming in this one?
No, those are not for sale right now. They are tucked away with about 20 other nice Silver Age books that I "was" going to send to CGC.
No way with all the krap going on there right now.

"generous" grading of the Promise Collection of pedigree books which makes you wonder who the so-called anonymous "secret" submittors really were?
Was there a 1 year turnaround wait on that collection being certified ? Asking for a friend.

Still, as your thread proved, it’s useful to be able to accurately represent and grade books yourself, and you should have no problem moving them at fair prices.
well, I've been collecting for over 50 years, and it's time to thin things down anyway. I can't take it to the grave. I want to get my collection down to a point where I'm not lugging dozens of boxes around. I still have books I want to own and read, and will pursue those when I have some time.
and like I have said before, I have some really nice raw key books that I would love to get slabbed, but no way with this garbage going on the last few years. they look pretty good in a Mylite, packed away from human eyes. LOL

It says the perp admitted to stealing 23 comics. It remains possible that the true number is actually larger.
This....................what a sad state for our hobby. I'm starting to actually feel good about liquidating my F.F.'s and other parts of my collection.

Question. A while back someone posted a video ( don't remember where ) of a band with some girl singer (blonde hair I think) crawling on the floor, then throwing herself into the crowd, that caught her. Looked like some punk rock group or something of that nature. Anyone?
Unfortunately not. Maybe that punk thread?
Link???

Idk what video it was, it might have been a band called "pretty reckless" for a modern version, or Paramore for a early 2000's but has since rereleased stuff.
Or it could be a random gif idk
It was a full you tube video. Don't remember what thread it was in.
