Tales To Astonish #86 - 5. 5 SOLD TO HighStakesComics BP = $14.00 Description - This is a tough one to grade. Sharp looking copy with great color but a few problems. The inside front cover has three spots on the lower white area. Probably coffee. I'm trying to track the culprit own now. The back cover has an area on the left side edge near the bottom where the white is dulled, probably from some water or something getting on it. No gloss in the area. Kind of have to look at it, at an angle. About 1" x ". Other wise book has great color and eye appeal. Nice pages and well attached.

Getting started here in about 10 minutes. I may throw in a few small lots that did not sell from a previous thread back in Dec, with lots more discounted. That has a ring to it.

Tales To Astonish #84 - 6.5 SOLD TO jimhopkins82 BP = $15.00 Description - Nice flat book with great color. Some stress on the spine and crunch on the bottom corner. Small chip out of lower edge front cover. Well attached center fold.

Tales To Astonish #83 - 6.5 SOLD TO HighStakesComics BP = $25.00 Description - Light edge wear and creases. A few small edge tears. Very flat clean book with excellent eye appeal. Well attached interior.

Tales To Astonish #82 - 4.0 IRON MAN CROSSXOVER BP = $20.00 Description - Book has long diagonal crease/fold through the book. Tears at the staples, with cover wear and creasing. Nice interior and well attached C.F. Good filler or reader.

Tales To Astonish #81 - 3.5 1st BOOMERANG HighStakesComics BP = $15.00 Description - This book has great color and eye appeal but has a moisture ripple through it. See pics. I think the other copies of this run that have this issue must have came from the same batch over 40 years ago. Has some tide/moisture lines on the lower edge back cover.

Tales To Astonish #80 - 4.0 SOLD TO BIRD BP = $15.00 Description - This book has a diagonal fold that goes through the whole book. Inside covers are tanning with moisture spots. Staples tearing. Centerfold well attached, and good reader of filler. Quote
