Shipping will be Priority only on the slabs . I can ship up to 2 slabs in one box for $20.00. Insurance is extra if requested. And specify if you want Signature Confirmation. I can ship up to 8 raw books secure boxed media for about $5.85. continental U.S.A. Any more books will be additional, less will be not so much. I had to increase postage a bit as box prices went up. No more Paypal. No more I take checks, money orders, or swamp gas. Checks will be held till they clear before books go out, unless I know you're not a stinker. P.M. me with any questions or offers. If I don't respond I don't like your offer. I offer a full return ( minus shipping ) on anything I sell (including slabs) no questions asked. You guys know the deal if you bought from me before. I will not be sending out "any " invoices until next week, so be patient. And please respond to messages in a timely manner, not 5 days later, and I have to keep reminding you of you're purchase.
  6. Looking to get a small thread up in GSB tomorrow night. About ten slabs and maybe a few grouped lots of left overs. D.D.#5, #168, #44, and more. Phantom Stranger #14, TOS #42. Hopefully start between 6 and 7.
  7. This is a pretty decent copy with some minimal wear on the edges. Light bend lower outside corner. A few, what look like possible thumb bends on the covers. Theses cover are heavy stock, so I took a few angled shots to try and show the bends. Inside is very clean, and cover is very tight. Was being very careful not to open it up to far for the interior shots. #368 of a1000 print run.
  8. Okay so it's already slabbed. Here's the problem. Was rechecking some slabs for an upcoming sale, and noticed this. I've had this book at least 10 years, but never noticed this before. Obviously slipped through the cracks at CGC. Notice the small stain on the lower corner, and the paper hanging down. No 9.6 IMHO. Thoughts??
  9. 2.0, but...................I could see this getting a 2.5 based on there are no pieces or chunks missing from it.
  10. Bingo, I would not go near this book with a press either, or attempt any type of cleaning. You may end up doing more damage to the paper. 1.5/1.8. Thanks for posting.
  11. Quality Control to Grader #1, we're getting lots of blow back from puddling, muddling, upside down cake slabs, wrong numbers, handling damage. Grader #1 to control. Don't bother me with details, I need a Twinkie.
  12. Nail polish?! I expect this kind of thing from @Wolverinexbut not @DR.X! I just got off the phone with her, and told her she better explain it, or I'll have to start whining, and crying to moderation until Mike's head explodes, and keep bringing it up for at least ten years. Seriously though, the stuff is for Regina, the Red Headed Terror. Sorry to disappoint everyone.
  13. Hey, you better explain the nail polish thing, before someone gets freaky with me.
  14. You should put an entire list of every book in you're head line. I'm on CST so what time is that here?
  15. 4.5 I'm not a believer in pressing every book. On a book like this you can surely flatten it out and get rid of that spine roll. On the other hand there is lots of surface and edge creasing that a press will not improve that much, plus the piece that is out. Just my 2cents, but it is a key book, so it's you're choice.
