Thank you for getting back to me. I just tried to print again and it's working.

Weird posting this but maybe it's an issue on CGCs end. Each time I click on print packing slip it opens a new window like always with the spiny wheel then I get a grey screen, with no packing slip. I've tried in different browsers and restarted my pc.

Thank you for responding. Wouldn't yesterday the 15th be the 10th business day? Can you say when it was officially received so I know when the 7-10 days began?

Not good at all. I usually wait till the CC is charged before I send in my next sub.

Can you advise if you have a backlog from Easter weekend? I'm showing my latest 21 book submission was delivered to the front desk, reception, mail room at 4:35pm signed by D. Perez the afternoon of April 1st. I have additional submissions pending that this one is holding up.

They should all appear in the Drop Down List.  Once selected, put in a Declared Value figure and the Add Comic button should become active.  Please see attached screen shot.

Having the same issue. Tried to add Marvel Comics Wolverine #1 04/2020 Dell'Otto Variant Cover B, D.C. Comics DCeased: Unkillables #1 04/2020 Unknown Comic Books Exclusive Jay Anacleto Virgin, and an easy Marvel Comics X-Men #5 2/92 which have all come up in the search window, but when clicking on it the add comic button is greyed out.

Can CGC advise when my submission will be scanned in? Normally it wouldn't bother me too much, but I have some high value books (for my budget) in this submission.

Mine show collected/delivered on July 5th, even though yesterday it was pending collection at the Sarasota Post Office. Now just waiting for them to show up in "Confirm Package Delivery" with the tracking number.

I'm in the same boat. Books arrived on the 3rd and when tracking on USPS website they say if not collected by the 17th they will be returned to me. Hopefully I'll have good news next week.

Submission arrived at the Sarasota PO on the 3rd of July. When tracking it today I get the notification that if not collected by the 17th, they will return on the 18th.

I know Tuesday was a holiday, and CGC was most likely closed for both days, with a back log. Can I assume this will be collected next week?

Is it possible to have this graded by CGC?

Polywatch does not work.

Just received a 50 card submission on Monday, 34 of the cards have some form of scuff/scratch. I spoke with Customer Service today and they advised to send photos which I did. This is the state of the packaging they used. Its no wonder more than half of the return is damaged in some way. Submission arrived to CGC back in Feb of this year.

34 of my 49 Bulk submission have some form of scuff/scratch on the face of the slab. They shipped to me in cardboard dividers. I now have to return these to CGC after waiting 6 months to have them graded.

Bulk. Received 2/21/21, scheduled for grading.

Hey CGC,

What is the turnaround from a package showing received in CGC's vault to actually being shown as received in the submission tracking page if the package is marked EX all over? Trying to gauge if I want to send in any additional cards express or just wait. I'm showing this was delivered to CGC on June 17th. The handy-dandy tracking tool shows in your vault. How many business days am I looking at?
