If the book didn't have multiple printings available for anyone to have fun reading you might have a point, but it is readily available for anyone who wants to read it. Julio even admitted in this thread he was going to get as much as he could for the rare stuff. Does that make him part of our little crowd?

well, when you let the Walking Dead thread Royalty into other threads they think they can just take over. You got lebowski who thinks he knows everything, then you get Branget, his personal laugh track and Bosco, another know it all, and all goes to hell. yeah, I said it, but I'm not the only one who thinks it. You can't have a discussion without one of these 3 puffing their chest. I truly think the root of all their angst is that they missed the boat on CPG and are just pissy that they didn't cash in as well. slam me all you want. I'm a big boy I can take it, but it needed to be said.

but it takes two. Someone can ask what they want, but you still need a buyer...and if someone is willing to pay what someone asks, who is the bad guy then? the person asking the extrordinary price, or the person willing to pay said price? if it is to high, don't pay it. eventually the price will be lowered. Don't jump to blaming the seller... doesn't that small group of people then establish the market?

I'm sure there are alot of people that are both. I have my core set of one of everything In high grade that I won't sell, but also have others I will. I love the art and story and tell people all the time about it. I asked lots of dealers At the Philly con if they had any cpg and their response was always"I wish". Word is spreading!

but the auctions on ebay imply that these copies are rare and limited. Mine aren't on ebay and I didn't say they were rare and limited. The way you posted it was like you were questioning me, that's all.

so if you don't really care, why post? You can do whatever you want with your books. If ebay wasn't ok with this they wouldn't give you the option.

these are CGC graded 9.8's, not raw books. Everyone here is aware they are available from Comixpress, but they aren't very careful shipping these books and high grade ones are harder to get. So no, no one is getting scammed...
