Hate to say it but it's your word against his, and generally the responsibility should fall on you (the seller). I usually at least try to put tracking on a book. It's only about 60 cents more and can save this type of headache Hindsight is always 20/20 :shrug:

I recently traded with someone on the boards...I had a few books he wanted and he had one I wanted. FMV worked out to be almost the same, his book maybe a little higher than the ones I sent, but he was happy with the books he received and so was I

Been burned too many times :shrug: Guess I'll try to find a slabbed one Thomas I can try and see if my LCS has one. They carry variants up the ying yang! Thanks! That would be sweet! If they don't have one don't sweat it.. I will then try to get a slabbed one off eekBay, since I will be getting it slabbed eventually :shrug:

Since I don't HAVE one I can't send you a scan It was out in November. I saw one at WW but it wasn't the grade I wanted Ill see if I can get a scan. I'm at work right now but leaving to go home. I will get back online in a bit

It's an Art Adams variant cover (non sketch cover). I would like at least a NM copy. I can go around $25 shipped on it.
