  1. "Seems to me I read that he'd been murdered. His brother came on the board and made a few posts. Sorry, can't remember where". I was just informed of this...that is incredibly horrible. I don't need the money back, so will not try to work with his brother in this terrible time. Please pass on my condolences.
  2. Completely wonderful transactions. Thanks for all the business. (thumbs u
  3. Check out the Marvel Spotlight #5 in Dark Knight's sales thread right now in the for sale section. I count 7 color break spine dings on a CGC 9.2. If that book is a 9.2, I am vastly undergrading my comics. Thoughts?
  4. I graded and shipped these comics with complete professionalism... Oh yea, and Greg was nice enough to buy them from me and pay quickly. Thanks!
  5. He bought some stuff, then he bought more stuff cause I made him a great deal. Then he paid. SWEET!!!!! Thanks.
  6. I dont recall this list but dont see how spider-man could be #5. Surely heroes like Sasquatch, Colossus and Hercules are stronger than Spider-man. Yea I know, but the freaking list was from Marvel. They did it, not me. Now somebody has to find that frackin list!
  7. Sorry if someone mentioned this already, but Marvel actually listed the top 10 of their heroes in pure strength in a comic in the late 1980's I believe. The #1 character was Wonder Man. I think it went: 1. Wonder Man 2. Hulk 3. Thing 4. ?? 5. Spider-Man Does anyone else remember that list? I wish I could recall the issue it was in....
  8. What would I be had I not played D&D and found Conan in 1979? I shudder at the thought.
  9. Thanks for the 3 CGC copies of Conan #1. (thumbs u Steve is a great guy to work with!
  10. Thank you CGC! I am now 80% done with my High Grade ASM variant set! Only 3 of the 4 came back this week; one is old
  11. , adulthood is overrated. Just redefine your concept of adulthood. I love mine, it is just like being a kid, but with more money and sex.
  12. Why thank you! I used to have them all, and I miss them. I may have to buy them again...oh the cycle continues.
  13. Do you have any udercopies for sale? Thats seriously the best copy I have ever seen. Judging by the front cover what I can see, I would bet there are none nicer. I agree, if those Weird Tales are real, they are worth a fortune. Looks like they were printed yesterday.
  14. Just read part 3 and 4. Nice work! Agreed, very good read. Thanks for posting it.
  15. I have thought seriously about chucking it all and diving in to amass the Horror Pulp collection of all time...But then I think if I die in a car crash or something I will be remembered as the guy who had all the awful magazines of women being given blood transfusions from monkeys (and such). ...not to mention my wife...
  16. very nice! I'll second that!! And I will make it three... (thumbs u
  17. Scrooge, that Love Story may be the most lame Pulp I have ever seen... Just aweful, it pains me that it exists and it pains me more to know that you have it in your collection.
  18. Sounds like a good buy to me if the condition is solid. Make you sure you post it here full size when you get it!
  19. What is the year on this one? That is November 1936. Don't you just love the high heels and the cat?
