  1. Ok ya got me. I had to google that one. N00b is a slang term for a novice or newcomer, or somebody inexperienced in any profession or activity, particularly refering to a beginner or new user of computers, often concerning Internet activity, such as online gaming.
  2. Was it a decent follow up offer, or would you have vetoed it? The person might of regretted hitting the take it, and deleted it with his offer before it was quoted. I thought it was good, options included a huge ASM movie poster from the first set of movies, a limited edition Spider-Man watch, and another poster, if I remember correctly. If a follow-up offer seems genuine in spirit (like the one I saw) much less of non-trivial monetary value, I see no issue. I'm not really a veto-er. I'd rather nature take it's course. That's my personal stand on the subject, and in no way a commentary on the perspective or actions of anyone else. I feel everyone's entitled to their own opinions on this. And as Mr. Swick is our trusted servant for this thread, he gets the final call, as is his due.
  3. There is so much wrong with this I don't even know where to begin. 1. Knee high metal plates to cover her skinny legs. 2. High heels to make her look taller 3. Not even a hint of red, white or blue. If I was American I would be insulted. 4. Upside down tiara or head band 5. Her top made to look she has a bigger breast size. etc...... Xena the Warrior Princess had a better outfit. You forgot to add Butter Face to the list. Seriously dude?
  4. Was the bottom right corner piece barely hanging on or was it fully intact when you submitted it?
  5. No special heat right now. Man Who Laughs has been a $25-$50 book for years now. The time to sell was a few years ago, before the hardcover reprint came out. If you look, the book received one bid. Not exactly "heating" up. More relevant to this thread, the book is from two thousand five . Not Copper or even the post-Copper (90s) range that is commonly discussed in this section. maybe divad's version did well because it is the rare 1988 version printed 17 years before the book was actually published? You really gotta work on learning the quote function. It's hit or miss. I don't get it.
  6. It's the stuff greggy collects.
