  1. Wow...that's probably the biggest difference in grades between the outside cover and inside cover that I have ever seen on a CGC double cover issue. Nah, you have seen my my X-Men #283, CGC outer cover 2.0, inner cover 9.8 Christian....I don't remember that one. I guess you'll have to post it again. Oops! It's X-Men #288.

  3. Did someone just quote 15 scans just to say "sweet"? Anyway...
  4. Thanks for the welcome, and I think I'm gonna hold on to the Crime 17 for a while. It's just to cool of a cover to let go. Welcome to the Boards. I like you already as you are thoughtful enough to remove the images when quoting.
  5. I actually uploaded the wrong pics. There were more than just those. Fixed! :o
  6. Yes, this is a fun thread. Instead of my mother throwing away my comics, she picked some up for me at a garage sale. The highlight was G.I. Combat #288, the final issue. Got a bargain this weekend as I paid $25 for a working, backup turntable and a stack of well preserved vinyl. A lot of the vinyl will become backups in my collection, but I had to pick them up for the bargain price of twenty five cents each..
  7. Quoting that many books is more annoying than animated GIFs.
  8. Your post made wonder if I had a 3/4 remainder double cover. Turns out I did not have a 3/4 remainder double cover but was able to easily make my own.

  10. My mistake. I didn't check the date of the original post.
