  1. Congratulations.... welcome back. Clink pickup right? Great deal for what you got imo.
  2. New Addition (7.5) / upgrade to the DD ss run. Shown with my 4.5 copy as well.
  3. Getting a newsstand copy was on my must-have list since I started back into collecting. As a young kid already anxiously waiting each Daredevil issue to arrive on the newsstand, I vividly remember 1st reading this book when I got home and getting to "the panel." Holy sh*t was that a surprise. Intense, to say the least, but still necessary all these years later in hindsight. This issue was formally dedicated to the memory of Wallace "Wally" Wood 1927-1981
  4. The shoguns I have are one of the definite never sell items. To this day, they one of the coolest toy lines to ever exist. The box art is phenomenal as well imo.
  5. Since we are on a theme from the last post it seems. Scored this ultra rare unicorn, a (complete and unopened) HGtoys Godzilla Battles the Tricephalon Monster playset a few weeks ago.
  6. Very nice... Congratulations. I was definitely in the 6.0 club when I 1st saw this.
  7. Just added this to the PC. One more book left to get in my mini run goal of DD 1-10 Signature Series. Any info on the whereabouts of a DD #8 ss signed by Stan Lee would be appreciated.
  8. One of my favorites. This one is signed by Gene Colan & Joe Rubinstein.
  9. Just found this thread. My personal ode to John Romita Sr below. A legend not to be forgotten.
  10. Started about 2 years ago and recently aquired the last book of my goal set. Not that easy with the lowest book census (DD6) consisting of only 34 yellow label books and a few more not much higher in the 40s. This set consists of DAREDEVIL #1-7 & ASM 16, which are all the Daredevil original yellow costume cover appearances plus the 1st red costume appearance. These books are all CGC yellow label witnessed signatures from Stan "The Man" Lee. I am pleased with the grades found of these books & extremely thankful for just finding them, let alone with decent signature placements as an added bonus. The books are displayed from Left to Right & Top to Bottom in chronological order with ASM16 released after Daredevil #3 but before #4. These books span cover dates from April 1964 to April 1965. Please feel free to post personal signature series goal sets you have assembled in this thread.
  11. One of my favorite DD covers. Might be the only cover that has the yellow& red suits plus Matt Murdock. If not the only one has to be the 1st. Have this in a 9.8 & a Colan/ Rubinstein signed 9.6.
  12. Nice looking 6.5. That label compliments the book nicely.
  13. New Addition. Happy with this one for my blue label DD1 representation:
  14. New Addition: Not in hand yet (be a while) but secured nonetheless. Updated: Now in hand. Added pic below that was taken in natural light. Colors are stunning imo.
