Cover is faded. Found in a garage. Also something must have been stuck to the cover at one time. Did not try to clean it without losing more color. (Ink in the middle of logo). Let me know. Thx. Inside is great. No missing pages or damage. Color is not white.

Take away the corner crunch and the horizontal color pattern near artist (Bill) signature and it would be higher grade. 9.2

Wish this book didn’t have any spine or cover creases. The inside is great. Nothing missing or any defects. Let me know. Thx

I got these graded a couple of years ago and l didn’t know you could get graders notes. Can l still get them now?

This tape accident has haunted me since l was 16 yrs old. Be gentle . Nothing missing on the inside and pages have no defects

Here is an Avengers #8 that I had encapsulated and received a 7.5. Looking at the following defects would you crack the book to have it cleaned and pressed.

This is the back cover to my She-Hulk #1. How much does this color stain affect my overall grade

I will also say 9.4 with clean and press

Nice book and hard to find in that condition. With a good dry clean and press 7.5

Any idea what a detached cover on the lower staple will do to grade? Bought it off stand in 1977 like this. Looks like staple sliced through cover when book was manufactured. Thx

I bought these books at a corner store back in the winter of 1977. As a young boy l was attracted to this cover so l bought two. One book has a detached cover on the bottom staple. It was like that when l bought it. It looks like the cover was cut when the staple was punched in originally. Wasn’t sure how it would effect the grade. Otherwise there is a couple of spine ticks and 2 corners have some blunting. On the inside the pages are white and flat and there is nothing missing.

Little did l know that when l picked up these books at the corner store in the winter of 1977 they might have value in the future. As a 14 yr  old boy l was not going to pass up this book with a great cover. One of these books had a cover detached at the lower staple. It looked like when the book was stapled it cut through the cover during the process. Inside the book nothings missing and pages are clean and white. Couple of spine ticks and a couple of corners that are blunted. Let me know what you think
