If nothing else, I wish they would update the status page, I thought I read on a post recently that said there were going make some updates. I would like to see a "Scheduled for Signing" status before the "Scheduled for Grading" status. I have one at "Scheduled for Grading" status for over a year.

I'm beginning to believe that In-House doesn't. always mean in CGC house and why no updates are provided. I have one I have been waiting over a year to happen with no updates. (Cobie Smulders) Go figure and don't hold your breath.

Looks like I have an unknown package coming from CGC in Sarasota, FedeX: 781859428099. Who can tell me what it is and why no email or status updates? I also have a order that CGC received on 7/21 but not entered into the system with a due date of 8/4. CGC6419796167 If you could also check on this I would appreciate it.

Who decides what comic key information is added to a label? Is there a certain place they pull this info from? Is there any way to know before you submit what key information will be on the label? Thanks

CGC6707994749 has been processed and assigned a Submission number. Not sure in what order deliveries are processed but both were delivered the same day. Thanks

I know you guys have plenty to do and don't need another one of these questions but...... Can you tell me if these will be processed soon? CGC2764422173 and CGC6707994749 I try to submit within plenty time before the due date of 7/23 and hit my CC within a certain billing period so I was hoping these would process soon. Thanks

How long is too long to wait. Is there a cut off time to wait? When can I cancel this order if it is not going to happen?

Any update on when or if the Cobie Smulders signing will take place?

Status has shown "Scheduled for Grading" forever. Does this mean it has been signed? Do you think I will get this book back before Cobie has grandkids? Is there ever a time limit you can cancel an order? just asking. I have waited over a year many times so not quite there yet.

That concerns me. I had one last year that I thought the same thing but did not question it. Wish I would have now. They really need to update the Status Tracking "Status". "Received at CCS" should be "Received at CGC" then a CCS when it actually goes to CCS to be pressed. Should also be a "Scheduled for Signing" on the SS series and everything should flow the actual way it happens to give me a warm and fuzzy feeling.

It was and I did go back to view my packing slips but it even took several times there to see the cutout. Strange. But now I will have to cancel the order. I didn't pull the book before I created the order and it has a major defect.
