That is strange. 3863688 was sent in way back in 4/2021 and just completed 6/2022 before I even ask about this charge. I also thought the credit is applied to GRADING charges only. I will go back and pull all my invoices and credit card statements to verify everything. When is CGC getting this new and improved tracking system I keep hearing about so you can track past 8 months. I have several other shipments sent in over a year ago that makes it hard for me to keep up with. Thanks

I received a refund of $30 today. Can someone give me some detail as to why $30? I thought it should have been more. The invoice and charge to my CC was $228 and I think I have $165 credit that would apply. Thanks

Spoke with Becky in accounting on 7/12 who said to give it 48 hours and check. No credit back to card yet.

I would like any suggestions also. I have 15 in the pipe for CCS and currently been over a year. Never again.

Will I get additional credits or a refund to my credit card for this over charge? Is there any where I can see the credit I currently have? If I submitt books for grading in the next few weeks do I have time to use my current credits that are due to expire in November? Thanks

Is it right to be charged a different amount than was on the submission form? It has been over a year and still waiting but noticed when I was charged for the pressing it was the new rate more than was on the original form. No way to get a status since it has fell off the tracking page. I have others in the pipe that may be 2023 at this rate. I submitted 5 comics a year ago this month, (Submission Number 3863688, received at CCS 6/21/2021). I received an email a while back that they were finally being processed at CCS but they have since rolled off the CGC Submission Tracking page. When CCS is done and sent back to CGC will they show up on the tracking page again? I wish all in process whould stay on the tracking page until sent back. Thanks

Now I am worried. I thought they always worked them in order received? I sent some in on 9/13, grading only, and already complete and in the mail ahead of the ones I sent in on 5/19 which still says scheduled for grading.
