To each their own right? I really don't think people will stop using CGC in such a way that it will put fear in CGC's heart. IMO, time will pass and folks will keep using CGC.

My context is related to the bottom line. This issue will not generate enough disdain for CGC that enough people will stop using them and affect change. Sure, folks like you and me will either stop grading entirely or temporarily but when talking about a business as large as CGC, it takes more than 1 fiscal quarter in the red to see real changes that folks on here are chatting about. What "could" very well happen is that if Twitter, CGC forums, IG, TikTok, youtube, (insert other social media or internet apparatus) all catch fire with this issue that it is just too much to ignore the public outcry. That "could" happen and also what "could" happen is that someone on CGC end has a change of heart and actually does address this issue publicly in greater detail. At the end of the day, in my humble opinion that just might be incorrect but will share anyway, I think most folks just want transparency from CGC so that they can make a better decision to continue to do business with them or not.

Well hot damn this was a crazy read! What a sh33t show! In the wonderful, beautiful and awesome US of A where capitalism is king, the only way to have a company change their ways is to affect their bottom line. That is it. Greed is part of the DNA of capitalism. Complain and type your fingers away but nothing will change. Maybe, just maybe, in due time, some change will come from this mess but take a seat cause it may be a while (I hope I am wrong and CGC does something to right this issue). Is this enough to have people not sub to CGC in protest? Nope. What about all the other complaints you read and hear about? Nope. But what about the blatant issues that just can’t be ignored? Nope. These folks make way too much money and they do it so easily too. As long as that bottom line stays healthy, no change will come to address all of the complaints you hear and read about - oh and to boot, price increases will always be present cause ya know, cost of living and all, so yeah….. chaching all day long for CGC. I’m sitting on 50 or so books for grading but will hold them raw for longer. I don’t feel that my $$ should be going in this direction. My $$ to CGC is but a grain of sand in the ocean so I’m sure it will have zero effect on the bottom line and they will also not even care either. I’ll keep reading along to see how this “latest” issue unfolds. Keep the comments coming! Great read!

Yeah the print run was massive. They milked the 1st SIKTC spin-off. I feel that this will prob only get a bump in FMV if SIKTC turns into The Walking Dead type of show when it hits.

So I went to look up some books on the CGC site to check notes, based on your information but ran into an error when checking books. It says I reached a limit and need to come back later. If I am at a show and want to check cert numbers before I buy high-value books and run into this, that's an issue. Are you planning on removing that limit? Can I get more information on how many certs per day I can search on your site or via the QR code? Exact wording is "Your search activity has exceeded our limits. These limits help to protect the security of our database. Please try again later."

Another is House of Slaughter #1 I have well over 40 9.8 slabs, mostly variants. It was my 1st go-round at pressing and sending to CGC = man, it hurts to see these recent sale prices. Maybe when SIKTC gets beyond the "optioned" phase things will heat up for HoS. Can't wait to sell these,

Bravo! Good job! This is great news! CGC also adds graders' notes to 9.8's or does it stop at a certain grade? Not trying to be rude or anything, just actually curious.
