  1. Thanks! It's not a title that I collect, but I was really impressed with the signature and since it was his personal copy, I decided that I should win it.
  2. I've known and purchased books at shows and via mail order from Ted for decades and I have ALWAYS had a positive experience! He's a dealer that I'm always happy to see set up at shows!!! If you have any concerns, I'm sure he has a return policy. Great guy, broad selection of books!
  3. This showed up yesterday! Might be the single best Stan Lee signature that I've ever seen!
  4. Old mammoth to .... mammoth (whatever that means to you).
  5. . Oh my goodness gracious!!! THAT is killer!!!
  6. Probably my number one grail book!!! If Billy upgrades, his under copy is coming my way, but that's kind of a tough book to find. I DID own a coverless once but sold it to a pal who had a copy with 2 centerfolds out, so he was able to complete his. Likewise, if HE upgrades, I get first rights of refusal on his, but once again, not too likely. Such an incredible book!
  7. Wow Ivan, that's a really sweet piece!!! Please feel free to share any more that you'd like!!! I'd really enjoy seeing them!!!
  8. Strange Detective to Mammoth Detective. Any time a plunger is used for self defense, I chuckle a little bit!!!
  9. Thanks for the congrats and let me offer an even BIGGER congrats right back!!!! That is an AWESOME copy!!!!
  10. I've been a bit captivated by the artwork lately! No matter how rare a comic is, it isn't as rare as the artwork that produced it! One-of-a-kind is pretty rare! I hope you're finding some good books with all of this auction madness going on! It's getting more challenging for everyone!
  11. Firehair with a spear to Firehair with a right leg front kick, palm thrust combination.
  12. Thanks! I guess I got lucky by just watching and waiting. I've been digging Cheslers lately after having semi-recently picked up some artwork from a few different titles.
  13. Thanks for the props Ivan! I think a lot less people care about the art, but I like to share it anyway. Thanks for being one that digs it!

  17. @porcupine48 I'm so sorry to hear of the friends that you've lost It really sounds like you've had more than any one person should have to deal with.
