  1. Hap Hazard Comics #5 6.5 with off white to white pages. Not much to describe on this one! 2 small scratches on Charles Atlas on the back cover. A small corner bend on back cover. A few spine creases. A penciled "P" on the cover very similar to the Pennsylvania pedigree collection marking, but I don't know if that collection contained this issue. GPA no help at all. $75 SOLD
  2. Columbia Comics #1 super solid 5.0 copy with cream to off white pages. Small tear at right front cover edge by Sparky Watts and tiny staples tears. Little piece out top center of back cover. Store stamp on back cover. Golden Age #1 for cheap! $135 SOLD
  3. The Kilroys #15 5.0 super solid, tight copy with a non color breaking light subscription crease center of the cover. A few small staple tears and an overhang on the back cover has created some tiny tears. More pics later. $15 SOLD
  4. Al Capp's Wolf Gal #2 1.8-2.0 due to detached cover and 3" spine split, 2" front cover 2" back cover tears. Off white pages and some fun artwork inside (they draw Wolf Gal kind of HOT!!!) More pics when I get a chance $10 SOLD
  5. Star Spangled #126 apparent 3.5 due to large cover and 1st page tears seals which appear to be amateur. Smaller open tear on back cover. Great white pages!! I'll try to get better pics later. A Batmanless Robin the Boy Wonder gets called by the Batsignal in a story inside, there's also a Tomahawk story. Difficult to price, as GPA has a 3.0 selling 12/18 for $120, so this one for $65.
  6. I'm not sure if I ever posted this here, but it's super cool!!! It's the inside front cover to a La Prensa Mexican publication of Fantastic Four #45 (#72 for them). I don't have an American copy of F.F. #45 at hand, but I don't recall it having a full page inside front cover ad for D.D. #1.
  7. I also have a raw copy of the La Prensa version of F.F #45. I thought to snap an inside front cover pic when I had it out and I'm gonna share it, 'cause it's super cool!!!
  8. Oh and I also have a pretty nice slabbed copy, also with full Johnny Storm head!
  9. Full Johnny Storm head on my raw reader copy (yeah, 'cause I'm all kinds of reading the Spanish Publications ) and yes, I folded down the dog eared pieces without incident once I got the book in hand (seller's picture). Oh and a back cover pic 'cause I had it handy and 'cause it's different than the American issue.
  10. .That's gonna be all for tonight. I'll be back sometime tomorrow. Thanks to all who found a book or two for their collections and thanks to all who stopped by to have a look.
  11. Speed Comics #40 This was CGC graded Universal 5.0 with off white pages but I cracked it out as it looked way nicer than that. My buddy Russ and I said the same thing when I freed it from the holder: 5.0? I'll take all ya got!!!! Seriously more like a 6.0 in both of our opinions. The label is included with the book. GPA reports a sale of a 5.5 on 1/21 for $302. This one is priced firmly at $275. P.S. I added a pic of it when it was still in the slab, but remember, it's raw now. SOLD
  12. Speed Comics #37 3.0 regrettably, as there is a tear going thru the entire book, but keep reading, as it's not as bad as it sounds. The book has the feel of a solid mid grade book, think 5.5ish with off white pages. A small tear in the 1st E of Speed and a smaller one in the P, as well as a few very small tears elsewhere on the cover. Now the full book tear: A piece of tape on the inside cover shows it from it's beginning and the close up pic of the back shows it's end. The Black Cat splash is the interior tear at its worst. So you can see that it's easy to live with. Honestly, thumbing thru the book, you hardly notice the tear. I dumped the grade HARD for that tear. If you buy it and are unhappy after all you've read and seen in the pics, you can return it, but I bet you won't. Speed Comics are very tough to find now and sell for premium loot. A GREAT cover with great stuff inside, for less than you'll likely ever find another copy. $200 SOLD
  13. G.I. Joe #38 4.0-4.5 copy with nice off white pages. Flat and clean with a small piece reattached to the front cover with tape (on the inside cover, see pics). Great bondage cover! GPA has a 4.0 selling almost a year ago in June 2020 for $192. Grab this copy for $175.
  14. Crime Does Not Pay #42 Classic electrocution cover!!! I'm calling this a 3.0 due to detached cover and some tears. It's a very fresh feeling copy in hand with off white to white pages. These is a tear by the "R" in crime, one by the gunman's foot and by the single staple. GPA has a 3.0 selling 1/21 for $268. Grab this great looking copy for less! $235
  15. All True Romance #18 3.0. Off white pages. Cover is loose at top staple and loose at front edge of bottom staple. GPA has a 5.0 sold on Jan 2020 for $375. Grab this one for $85 SOLD
  16. Popular Teen-agers #15 L.B. Cole cover 3.0 off white pages. Name on 1st page margin, 2 pieces out and odd dust shadow mark on back cover. GPA not much help, but a 5.0 c/ow sold 9/19 for $750. My price $295 SOLD
  17. Zoot #12 This bra-popping-off-cover looks much nicer than the 1.8-2.0 I'm calling it. The cover is detached and there are many tape repairs to the inside covers. Also tape at the staples on the first wrap and some at the top (see pics). Great Fox cover that looks pretty decent in the sleeve and it's hard to find this much cool for this small of a price! $95 SOLD
