Dug this out today.

It was a smaller show than we were expecting, having driven down from the Twin Cities. Dale Roberts was there, so there WERE comics available, but I had seen him fairly recently prior to that show and he didn't have much in the way of newer stock. I still spent some loot, found some comics, found a few pulps, had a good time. Even a slow day walking around a comic show is better than MOST days NOT at a comic show!

While not "exactly" a recent purchase, I DID lose track of which box this went into and haven't seen it SINCE I bought it, so kind of a new purchase.

Technically just barely Silver I guess, but I don't think that there's a Silver crime thread, so this'll probably find it's best audience here. Cool Severin cover!

This is one of several True Comics that I own that originated from the Eldon Hamann collection. I think I was the first one to mention on these boards Eldon's last name and where he was from, due to me purchasing a stack of these True Comics that still had the mailing labels intact with his original information still clearly legible. I actually purchased this copy seperate from the others, a few years later.

I have an Exciting Comics with the same pencil markings or codes written on it. I got both from the same dealer, so it was likely part of a collection that got dispersed into the collecting community.
