  1. It sucks Paul S is getting the brunt of the complaints, but there's just nobody else to turn too.

I paid for my sub over the phone, and was TOLD that my sub would ship out 9/17 (a week from when I paid). It is now 9/24 and my cards haven't even been graded. Again, I don't mind that TaT's take long, but why give a date when you know its absolute bs?

I recorded the conversation with him for my own records. Just think upper management at CGC should tell their employees to not give any dates so we don't get our hopes up. Some of us do this as a business; and by giving us false dates it costs us money.

  2. I just wish the line of submissions made sense. Some people from July getting their Econ subs back already, meanwhile others from May have not - People getting BULK subs back from April, meanwhile others from Feb haven't...

I don't mind waiting- I just wish it made sense. I wish I had a ROUGH timeframe at least...Its impossible to have any type of timeframe when the orders coming in are not in the order they are being shipped out. Disappointing

Not sure what is going on with CGC, look at this. How did this card get a 6...

Meanwhile I send 200 mint factory sealed flawless promo cards untouched by human hands, great centering, no warp, no flaws and I get 7.5-9.5 the majority below 9. I send the same cards to other grading services and get majority 10s.

I contacted CGC when I got my cases back damaged and sent them back to be re-cased. It's been 30 days since they received them. Still "scheduled for grading". Madness that I had to wait as long as I did to get them back the first time. But now, they cheap out on their packing materials and now I'll probably be waiting another 90 business days.

Thats exactly what I'm worried about. That I'm going to wait a year, and get back 2k slabs that are damaged and have to be sent back for another year. Lol - Keep us updated; hoping for the best for ya.

  5. Thats because you messed up...

If using USPS, ship your packaged cards to:

    CGC Trading Cards
    PO Box 4701
    Sarasota, FL 34230

If using a shipping provider other than USPS, ship your packaged cards to:

    CGC Trading Cards
    5501 Communications Parkway
    Sarasota, FL 34240

It seems you shipped it FedEx to the USPS box...can't really put this on them.

  6. I think you will in the future. With CGC catching up on its backlog I could only imagine they'll be set out eventually.

The reason why at card shows you'll see many many more PSA; is because CGC doesn't grade sports cards (I mean they do, but its CSG; different label which is NOT common). So if the card show is full of Pokemon cards only, you'll see a bunch of CGC, PSA, BGS. But if its a card show with a mixed variety; I wouldn't expect to see many CGC, but definitely some.

It's been over a week, express turn around has moved down to 7 days, meanwhile my express order has been checked in for almost 7 weeks. I understand bulk being back up and such but this is wild.

I could only assume there was an error somewhere along the way. My express was received 5/12 and I got it back in my hands 5/28
