  1. This is not a CGC Issue - this is a USPS / eBay issue. Could this happen with a Hammer? Sure! Could this also happen in a bubble mailer if the USPS guy accidently steps on it? Yessir. I've shipped out thousands of slabbed cards - about 4 times its happened .. but it does happen. Nothing CGC can do for you on this end
  2. I just tried and it seems to be working for me just fine. Hmm - maybe clear cookies/cache?
  3. I wish I could, I've tried for almost a week - they don't answer phones/emails.
  4. I can't get in touch with them...and by the google reviews..I'm very scared. I have ALOT of money worth of cards sitting at their USPS facility still 'In Transit' since 3/5. Very bad reviews about them losing/stealing packages. Very worrisome. Anything on your end?
  5. My package arrived at the post office in Sarasota on 3/5. Is it normal for it to sit there for 2 weeks before CGC picking it up or it be delivered to them? I'm scared reading the reviews about that post office stealing packages...
  6. Its been mentioned the 'delivered' now takes 7-10 business days -- This was last week/2 weeks ago. I assume now its anywhere from 10-20 business days to get registered in. Paul has mentioned not to worry, they'll all get in eventually. I'm in the same boat as you, just been at the post office since last week.
  7. Interesting. Ive had the shiny gyarados and magikarp graded with PSA multiple times and they were always especially more glossy than the other NEO cards. I've also lived in japan for years and in all the card shops gyarados and magikarp were for sure more glossy... sure this isn't a mistake on CGC's part?
  8. I sent in a huge bulk order today and will continue to send them in. TaTs are estimates as it states. If you truly have the impatience to wait for your cards to be graded and come back - pay the extra express fee. If you're too cheap to, enjoy the great pricing CGC offers and hush up
  9. Yes, I agree it sucks - but you're acting like they can control how many people are throwing bulk cards at them. They are 50%+ cheaper than any other grading company, obviously when PSA upped their prices CGC was going to take a massive amount of business from people switching over. Theres nothing they can do except hire more graders..which they're doing if you check their careers page. It is what it is, you just have to wait
  10. Just a question regarding submissions. In the past I've always put post-it flags on the sleeve inside the Card Saver - but was wondering if that helps the graders take out the card? Would they prefer it not be there? I dont mind it either way - but just would like to know if im doing it for not reason / if they do not want it. Thanks!
  11. Thanks so much!!! So 'Delivered' basically means them picking it up and logging it, right? That would lock in the price? Appreciate it!!
  12. So when does a price fully get locked in? Because 80+ business days is a long time for the price to be raised from the time I send my items to when they come back D: @Paul S
  13. I know things are crazy right now with grading cards volume wise - and business' need to do what they must to continue grading, and that means price increases. My question is; if I lock in a price (of $9 per card for example) and send off my cards with the packing slip - THEN the price increases - did I lock in my $9 a card price? Or will I have to pay the increased price? Just want to know this so I can get my submissions in asap (unless Paul can assure me no more price increases for awhile, lol). Thank you
  14. Nevermind! Its working again. Maybe just had to clear my cache Thanks!
  15. Just curious on the title before I send a sub. The Gold Stamp Collector Charizard was given at the Hartford Regionals. Below is a picture: Thanks!
