  2. They do Magic & will be doing Yu-Gi-Oh soon, not just Pokemon. But yes, I wouldn't expect many other TCG's to be added to that list anytime soon...
  3. Just got an email that my express was shipped back... and it was shipped via UPS instead of my chosen USPS as well... this needs to be addressed.
  4. @KimibokoThis is alarming. I'm a part of a very large discord of individuals who submit cards to CGC/PSA (not only Pokemon) - and in the past 6 months there has been a very large amount of individuals who have stated USPS (Sarasota, FL) opened their package, took the contents, then delivered the package to CGC. All of the individuals this has happened too; tracking shows it was at the 'Sarasota Office' for longer than it should have been. If you look up the reviews of the Sarasota USPS...it's scary. Employees stealing packages seems to be overly common. You might want to give them a call if you shipped with USPS. If you did not - I'm not sure what to tell you =/ Sorry

  6. @DarthChewieI apologize but you're wrong according to Paul who has stated multiple times; TaT starts when the package is received and put into the system - NOT delivered.
  7. Cannot submit anything that is sealed - must be opened by you and put into a sleeve/card-saver.
  8. Good Morning, I just had a brief question. Let's say 50 out of the 2,000 non sub-grade bulk cards I sent in get a 'Pristine 10' . Is it possible to pay for a Reholder + New grade w/ Sub-Grades? Or would I have to crack it myself and re-submit it as a new order with sub-grades and hope it remains a 10? Thank you, Oreos Apologies- after submitting this I searched and found a thread similar to what I was asking- So my understanding of it: I can re-submit my 'Pristine 10' in the actual CGC case, and just pay for the card sub ($15) + Sub grades ($10) + Reholder ($10) -- Is this correct, Paul?
  9. I never actually counted how many they hold per case since I have inventory moving in and out daily, but I would assume they hold anywhere from 300-400 if cut correctly
  10. Has nothing to do what I said? You asked a question on why the tier is there, and the REASON it was there was because of the Max Value per Item. Yes - we all understand it was odd for turn-around times to be so similar, but I was simply answering your question on why the tiers were different. Derp.
  11. Packages are being OPENED AND MARKED RECEIEVED from the week 3/15. You didnt get skipped over~ you’re just not understanding correctly. Your in receieved already, now you have to be patient and wait for your cards to be graded.

  15. Then you should have submitted them before they announced the price increase. I feel you, I have a wife and kids as well, but for everyone to rag on CGC when they were kind enough in the first place to even give a heads up isn't the answer.

For myself I chugged through it and submitted my last 366 cards (took around 7 hours), and I did get errors but if you clear your cache in between the errors you get them much less often To everyone complaining; I get it, but at least CGC gave us a CHANCE to get our cards in. Would you rather them just do what PSA did and increase the price and then you are SoL? You all had to have known they were going to increase their prices...why did you wait this long? What if they didn't give you a heads up, would you still be complaining? I know I'll probably get flamed for this, but with thousands of people trying to submit cards through their database at the same time- I'm not sure how you can be pissed off at CGC for this..
  18. Give them a call if you want updates, they are extremely responsive and easy when you call in - they aren't as active on the forums. Last time I was having issues with my packing list I cleared my cookies/cache and it fixed it. Give that a try!
  19. There are thousands of people trying to submit cards before the deadline. That is why its moving so slow - just have to chug along through it
  20. 3/11 Delivered was received 4/9 3/15 Delivered has not been received yet. Crazy that in that 4 days they got that backlogged to where its been almost 20 days and my next sub hasn't been received yet. Note...this is also before PSA closed. I can only imagine how bad this backlog is actually going to get. If its a month and a half now - I can imagine it being 4+ months for people to have their bulk/economy subs to be received.
  21. There is not normally this many errors. I can only assume it's this painfully slow because of how many people are trying to throw in their last submissions before the price increase. Ive submitted many times and this was the only time where I had issues. Gotta work through it - we're lucky they even gave us the heads up about the prices being raised - we should be grateful they didn't just do what PSA did.
  22. My delivered 3/11 was received 4/9. I have a delivered 3/17 and a delivered 3/19 as well- neither of mine have been received also. Im sure they're getting to it - obviously received times are going to skyrocket around 3/15 - 3/30 due to PSA closing, etc. Nothing we can do but just wait it out. If you're nervous your package might be lost just give them a call.
  23. Pokemon is trying to dish out product as soon as possible - which makes the QC go to sh*t. It's not just you unfortunately, its all the past sets. This is why I mainly collect Japanese; there is never an issue with the QC.
