  1. http://boards.collectors-society.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Main=294910&Number=6608936#Post6608936 Opp starts in a couple of weeks in the SS room.
  2. Oh and for the record I bought 40 blanks over the course of five transactions and ended up cherry picking the ones without the printing defect that had the minimalist amount of tearing. The rest were sold off, which was more than half of them.
  3. Exactly man. I just bought 3 copies, probably take me a year or 2 to find someone to sketch something for me considering the fact that all the good conventions are in other states, besides FL. The next con with anyone I'd like to get a sketch from is in Miami in July. The people who bought 50+ copies are called S Or they facilitate sketch opportunities in the signature room and include the blank in their pricing. Not everyone takes 1-2 years to get sketches done. Quite a few board members get over three sketches per con.
  4. yea he only hinted at that he wanted to return to chew, post 60, after taking a break. I'm still trying to picture chew as a vertigo title.
  5. "Deep Space Poyo and Son of Poyo are scheduled before Chew ends at issue 60. Possibly an additional one-shot in Barbarian Warrior Poyo. They’re scheduled to come out every other summer or so, like a Michael Bay blockbuster."
  6. I don't believe Layman was referring to the Poyo books as coming after #60. He had indicated earlier in the panel about the poyo books coming out every other summer.
  7. This was a good read also confirms that Layman is willing to return to Chew after issue 60. http://www.bleedingcool.com/2013/04/01/layman-detects-and-chews-the-fat-at-wondercon/ "He wrapped up the panel by formally announcing what had been speculated for years regarding a deluxe Chew hardcover, the Smörgåsbord Edition. The first twenty issues in an Absolute-Sized hardcover, priced at $100 set to premiere at San Diego Comic Con this year. If he manages to get off his lazy butt and design the thing. At the end, the plan is for there to be 60 issues of Chew, plus about 4 or 5 Poyo specials, which will be collected in 12 softcover trades of five issues each, 6 Omnivore Edition hardcovers of 10 issues each, 3 Smorgasbord Editions of 20 issues each, and theoretically two “Walnut Cracker” editions that will be 30 issues each, sized like the Walking Dead Compendiums."
  8. Battlefield 4 trailer leaked http://kotaku.com/battlefield-4-trailer-leaks-online-460024313
  9. I currently have bioshock infinite, dark souls, and dishonored still sealed waiting to be played. I just started gears judgment today. Unfortunately I haven't had the time to play. I'm contemplating on starting bioshock and picking up TWD.
  10. AvP for the Atari Jaguar was better. I would have taken a remastered Capcom AvP......still waiting.
  11. New Deadpool trailer: http://m.ign.com/videos/2013/03/06/deadpool-the-games-juvenile-but-awesome-trailer
  12. Yea I was thinking of that. I just found that online today.
  13. Doom PF I'm guessing you'll be getting the Batman PF coming out this year?
  14. $350 with a #1 9.6 universal. Maybe $425 depending on the grades of 2-10.
  15. Certainly didn't run out like I thought they were going to. $300 is a lot of coin for this. (It does look pretty bad azz though) Wonder how long it'll actually sit there before "selling out". I didn't buy one and don't plan to. I rather spend that money on something from Sideshow with better detail.
  16. he was at Earth 2 last saturday. I should have clarified. I mean when is the next time he will be signing for SS.
  17. Wouldn't hurt to load up on a few copies of his 1st app at cover.
