I guess I can add to this thread and mention that my package showed delivered march 12 by usps but havent seen anything pop up on my submissions. Very worry some to have a $5000 value box be stuck in limbo. Anyone know what day they are up to on opening packages? Thx.

Hello, I am also wondering how to submit a pokemon card that is off center, there is virtually no border on the top of the card. Do we add error to the card in the submission form?

Hey quick question, since you said it was delivered and not entered do you know if they already charged you the grading fees? I believe I read somewhere that they charge when they receive your package (I’m assuming open your package). I submitted a bulk order and it was received today Friday and I’m wondering when I’ll be charged. Any help is appreciated thank you.
