Has anyone else experienced extra characters in their submissions under "Card Name"? I have two separate submissions with the same characters added to the end of the Card Names. The Card Name as written looks like this in both submissions:

Regice☆

Alakazam☆

I contacted support and they said it would be fixed, however, it still hasn't been and the cards are now in Grading/QC. Hope they aren't labeled like that!

There is no relevant pricing data base, and you're not going to find out an accurate estimate until it's sold at an auction.  Depends when you sell it as well, it might be worth half in a year from now, or it might be worth double.  No one is going to be able to tell you it is precisely worth X amount.

Update: it sold for $425. Not bad

Is anyone else having an issue with the submission page not having a link to the tracking information even though it says “Finalized/Imaged/Shipped”? I’ve also noticed the two submissions with that problem do not have any images of the cards attached even though I can still see the grades. I did confirm with customer service that the cards were graded and shipped but it’s not showing up on the submission page.

Yeah I tried that and couldn’t find any comps for a graded 5

I just had a Charizard Base Set UK 4th print 1999-2000 graded a 5 and I’m having trouble determining a resale value on it, as I can’t find any comps to it. Does anyone have any ballpark idea of its value? Thanks

Same here. My express sub was received 4/29 and is still in Grading/QC..

I’ve had an Express sub that was delivered 4/19 and received 4/29, which has not been finalized and shipped back to me yet. No response by email from Customer Service

According to CGC though, it really doesn't matter whether you're sending 1 EX or WK card because the TAT's are based on when the package is delivered, not received. So even if it takes 60 days for them to receive your standard package, it would presumably go into grading immediately after being received. Anyone else having issues with Express subs? This is ridiculous.

I sent 2 Pokemon cards as "Express" and the package was received by CGC on April 29th(Oder#3832748).

 

The CGC website shows that the turnaround of Express trading card is 14 working days. However, the order still shows Grading/Quality Control till now. The actual turnaround is about 23 days! It even seems to be kept for more days. I wonder what happened to my cards? When can CGC send them back?

I can't really help explain it but I am in the same exact boat. My Express sub was delivered on 4/19, received 4/29, and is still in Grading/QC. I don't really know what's going on with it, as I have not received a response from my email to CGC.

No, not mixing things up according to CGC. I can’t find the quote right now (someone help?) but they specifically addressed TAT’s and that they begin when the package is DELIVERED to CGC, not RECEIVED.

I have the same issue. Not sure when exactly mine went to Grading but it was delivered on 4/19 and received on 4/29. What the hell is going on with Express?

It depends on when the package is actually delivered to CGC, not received.
