So the mailman finally came with my birthday presents, to myself
I've long wanted to read this series, but didn't really want to chase the set. So, along comes an opportunity to buy the whole set at once. Lower grades, but they are for reading
That is probably my favorite Atlas set Bill.
Congrats!!!
Wonderful books for reading and just charming art to boot. (thumbs u

The BK # 1 is from the Toronto collection from a couple of years ago.
I was outbid on this book a couple of years ago, and it affected me so much that I sold copies #2 thru #5 as a result.
A great book, and I book I would love to have since it is almost impossible in high grade.

Welcome Josh....what a way to enter the fray!!!
That Star comics is a real scarce book...congrats on finding a decent copy...
I guess the same could be said about the "mock-up"...only copy with that distinction.

To what, specifically?
F.F. #2 9.4...1st place
F.F. #4 9.4...2nd place...
and F.F. #1 9.0...3rd place...
now if asked if I could take only one of the three...i would take #2...for sure...
A #1 in 9.0...impossible also....what great copies....

The most beautiful, surreal cover image ever created, IMHO. Thanks to a tall and gentlemanly Texan for this one!
Wow!!!! I missed this. Congrats!!!
That is a special book, and you have done very well to snag that copy from Richard!
Can I be the 1st in line when it's time to sell...right here, and right now, in front of the collecting world!!!

Here's my new Heritage win...... and it's a book that most of you probably don't give a flip about.... but I've wanted a copy since I was 14. Back then the File copies hadn't been unearthed yet and you just were not going to get one...... like Denny O'neil said, "Begging won't get you nothin' but baggy pants, kid." Anyways...... here it is, kind of. It isn't actually here yet. GOD BLESS....

Sad day for the comic world.
Thank you for the interior comic pages. (thumbs u
I especially loved some of the covers "Lew" did on Amazing Man (or was it Sam??). I get them confused sometimes.
I'm glad he appeared to live a long life and I wonder if he realized how much Centaur fans loved and appreciated his work.
He will be missed by Centaur fans.

The AMF is even much nicer in person, and to me it actually looks better than the original.
I told Ryan all I need to go with this piece is Richard's "Church" copy...but I don't think that is happening anytime soon...

Nice bright looking copy... (thumbs u
The Tip Tops with the Tarzan covers are all nice books to have...
Great pick-up...
