I've slowly been leaving the comic hobby and have lots and lots of great modern Marvel and Image comics and Hardbound collections that I was looking to get rid of all at once. I'll be moving into NYC soon and that means two things, no closet space and no money  I figured this would be the easiest way to sell off the rest of what I had left. Hi All! I haven't done this before, so I'm hoping this is A-OK. I'm a graphic designer/illustrator and love to recreate some of my favorite covers on my spare time. It's gotten to the point where I have quite a bit of pieces laying around and thought someone might enjoy having these in their home (since actual OA breaks the bank!).

Thanks! I bought it raw at what seemed like right before the last huge price jump. I had it pegged at a 1.8 before I sent it in to be graded and was really worried that it was gonna come back restored or something (since nowadays you never know what your gonna get when you buy raw books online!) its the one and only book Ive ever sent to be graded myself

That is seriously the nicest looking 5.0 I've ever seen!

OK so I'm only in this hobby because of one thing, and that's because of Joss Whedon and (more importantly) John Cassaday's work on Astonishing X-men. It was the first book I bought back in '04 and I haven't looked back. Needless to say I always wanted to own a great page from that series. Never did I think I'd own a double page spread AND another great wolverine action page! Definitely a grail of grails for me:

Oh man still haven't gotten a chance to pick this issue up yet. It's easily the top of my pile every month!

Now that is an awesome book. Definitely my grail!

Thanks guys. it's been awhile since I've been in this club. sold my raw 2.0 back in college (2009 which feels like forever) to pay for text books. Can't believe I sold my x-men #1 to get an education, what a waste!

Just got this bad boy in. Stoked to start my X-men collection with a bang

This has quickly climbed to the top of my reading list every month and can honestly say its probably my new favorite title. When good story telling and top notch art work so seamlessly together this is the type of quality you get and the reason why I love comics so much.

one day...

FF8 for me. If they did a next-gen console version of this game, and then a sequel using the same battle systems and such, I'd finally get something newer than my PS2.

Yeah 8 was really amazing. Thats also one of my favorites. My top 5 are:

1. Final Fantasy X

2. FF 8

3. FF 13

4. FF 7

5. FF 12

People hate on XIII but I enjoyed it. Took forever to get the platinum too. I've never played 1-6 (except 4 which I played on the DS) before but heard that FF VI is one of the best. Gotta play that one day!

Thats when they started to really stray from the "template" of how final fantasy games traditionally were made. More development time between titles, changed battle systems, more convoluted stories, direct sequels, etc. In a way they tried to do too much.

That being said I actually loved XII and XIII. Even XIII-2 I enjoyed. Lightning returns I'm currently playing and its ok. Not a fan of the time situation

FF XV looks friggin awesome but once again crazy development times

Is anyone else excited for the HD release of Final Fantasy X? Still my favorite game of all time to this day.

I don't usually mind character development episodes but last weeks episode didn't do it for me. I'm also not a big fan of Darryl or Beth so that could be a factor

And OA peice #2 I acquired this week is my very first Walking Dead artwork. Early 11x17 artwork from issue 16 that features Rick, Carl, Lori and Tyreese. Been busy buying up a lot of OA lately. Thanks to Jeff (Branget) he hooked me up with a piece from my favorite series! A great action page from a big (and pretty sad part if you know what just happened in the story) moment.
