  1. If someone feels because I started a PayPal claim against someone to push him in one way or another that's your opinion. What's the opinion of someone starting a false claim with Canada Post? which contradicts the whole issue itself. The fact that I filed a not as described claim did not contradict me saying I want to work it out ( you may feel it does but it is not the purpose of a claim or case); the fact that I filed a claim shows that I want to work it out because the very part of a PayPal claim/case gives the seller and buyer time to work it out. If I get a Paypal claim I run to it ; to solve it not run away and say this buyer sucks or this and that; I take care of the issue with professionalism no matter how unreasonable I may personally feel the buyer is being. Now I will voice my opinion, but I will always take care of the buyer because the buyer in the long run will take care of you. And if you don't believe that then no problem, more power to you! Now filing a false claim saying item was not delivered ; is an entirely different story especially when tracking shows item was delivered and the seller has confirmed in the first part of the probation nomination that item was delivered.
  2. Who's offering a lifetime guarantee? Are you offering a lifetime guarantee on your books? Count me in! I would answer the forcing PayPal comment to you in private over a beer. I'll be honest as a seller (example); If I have someone filing a PayPal request or ebay claim I would personally have no issues because if they're filing they obviously have a reason and even as a seller If I agree with the reason or not it would not bother me. This is my opinion and only my opinion and this works for a lot of successful companies out there, but I take returns all day long for product why? because it's good business . If I take care of a customer now and return a few bucks to him or her or do a partial to make him happy that customer at some point will return and either spend more money with me or tell his friends and family. Now if I alienate that customer and say F you my policy is this no returns! Then he won't return Again, I can go on long rant here about customer service or returns, but that's just my opinion and that's all it is. Ebay, Payapl and most major long running companies share my belief for the most part, but many of those on these boards might not feel that same way and that's fine. It's your opinion and you can feel anyway you want. I have purchased lots of slabs over these past several months and I use those experiences and if say this experience or the slabs don't match up to the quality I should receive then that's my own personal preference.
  3. I buy a lot of books out there in the real world and this is just one small minute transaction. And since I have been back I have been answering virtually every post here whether I agree with it or not, because it's about moving forward ; understanding and respecting other members opinions and eventually getting off probation here.
  4. Hey Domo, I have always said my personal issues were personal issues btw as you already know. I never made an excuse for that and now I'm paying for it which is how it should be. Look at my posts you will see I didn't make any excuses just stated the facts and I'm driving on moving forward
  5. I appreciate your opinion! and I do not have a problem with it! I respect it! In most transactions they are private, but this one is out in the public eye; and I appreciate your opinion. In time, I just want to get off this probation list because I believe its just that a probation.

Awesome Domo, Yes, I only filed because you all know how erratic I have been on here at anytime I could be gone for a prolonged time and the PayPal limit was set to expire in mid November; so with my wacky schedule I'm on a time crunch. I get it. The PayPal claim is for the first order that I paid for and me wanting to work it out = paying now asap; is for the second order the main reason to the probation nomination. I have asked Alex for some kind of partial so I can re slab the slabs that we can agree on that are not as described. The PayPal claim was filed again, because I'm approaching their reasonable time line.

Alex has said he wanted to work things out in the one message I received from him yesterday and none since and since then he filed a fraud canada post claim. Just wanted to clarify because I'm clearly bringing this onto myself oh great domo!
  16. Thanks for your input. In my current opinion most probably everyone on here doesn't agree with me. I'm mainly just calling out KCO comics as a fan boy because half the things he asks me I have already touched on in length here and he is either not reading all my posts or doesn't care, but that is here nor there. And his opinion is just that an opinion. Anyone and everyone is allowed to have an opinion it is their right. So KCO go on and believe that bugs in a slab doesn't constitute an issue...no worries...I get it! I understand and I'm waiting for his response. However having said that. Filing a PayPal not as described claim for bugs/cracks/marks/scratches is in my right as a buyer clearly different than filing a false and fraudulent claim with Canada Post that directly contradicts the probation nomination. In the nomination Alex said he sent the slabs and now he filed a claim to say the slabs didn't get delivered when they clearly have as I have posted images and tracking confirms delivery. If you need the exact tracking info and the Canada post email in it's entirety lmk as I can pm you that if you need to verify all the information. Breaking the law (not sure in Canada but it is in the USA) is not a way to work it out either, my friend (but I guess you and this chat forum condones that kind of behavior).   17. The copies of the false canada post claim that the OP filed that directly contradicts my probation nomination/list? Yes, no more of those from me, but the information (about never receiving a payapl invoice as requested for the second order; 5+ months and I have directly offered to pay with no response from Alex and then he files a false canada post "mail item not delivered" claim which contradicts what he wrote in his nomination to begin with). I have added here from yesterday through this morning in addition to the contact I have had with Alex the last couple days or the lack thereof ; should clear my name and get me off this probation list.

I have omitted a few of the numbers for privacy concerns for both parties, but if the exact numbers are needed ; moderators or anyone that is entrusted with probations can pm me for the exact info. He is claiming that I did not receive the 14 books he sent (mentioned in page 1 of this thread) from first order. And the tracking confirms it has been delivered as he has mentioned in page 1 threads and I have mentioned everywhere that I did receive this order because if I didn't receive the order then you would not have my fabulous bug pictures to look out from Alex's great storing methods in his storage unit. I think we all know what Alex is doing. So anyone else upset that I filed a not as described PayPal case the other day? And Anymore Alex fanboys out there want to come to his defense ?
