Well, it was the top census when I got it. I don't remember seeing the 9.8's then.

It was my first, and hopefully many, many more to come.

Looked through these again, and I felt really good about my only good SS book until I looked at these.

It's an Archer & Armstrong 0 9.6 CGC SS. It's not good enough to post here (although it was when I got it), but you guys blow me away. I hope to have a couple to post here one day soon. :thumb:

man all these horror stories really make me only wanna buy from the few i have already bought from.

 

No, I just got a box of books from someone who was "set up" next to me at the VCC, and they are FANTASTIC, much nicer than expected, well packed, great communication... BadDeacon

 

I should go put all this on the Kudo's thread...and I will ...but ...I wouldn't lose faith in people, the people mentioned here are really far and few between, we just talk about them a lot.

BadDeacon is a member of my Valiantfans family. He's good people! And, has always been a solid person to deal with. :thumbsup:

If the buyer does not come through by midnight tonight I am outing someone I have given the benefit of the doubt to for over a month. They promised to pay on Friday (today for the third time now) after selling some books here on the for sale forum.

Kudos to thirdgreenham, zonker, sckao, joeypost, ckb, tony edwards, ant, and some others I think I'm forgetting who all either did great deals with me (buying & selling), or were kewl about other things recently! We got a great bunch of guys here!

I was just gonna ask that. With all the severe weather (tornados, flooding etc) 3 days is not the longest time in the world. If he hasn't posted there might be other issues going on.

 

If he's posted and you can see that he read your PM's.....

I'll second that to a point.

1. He hasn't posted. Maybe he or a loved one is ill or he got called away on business.

2. He had a computer brakedown. Use a computer long enough it will happen to you to.

3. Maybe he hasn't gotten used to the new board and accidentally deleted. I'd never resell until I gave at least 1 follow-up email. I think we'd all appreciate that kind of consideration.

If he continually ignores more than once, then he didn't want them bad enough. :thumbsup:
