FYI, I would never own a Walking Dead book just because I don't like the series.

they have gone through the encapsulator. Plenty of opportunity for the grade to change.

Which begs the question I keep asking. If a book has been "graded" and is sent to encapsulation, and its "grade" lowers for some reason, isn't it likely that the reason is something happened after being "graded"?

If the grade drops, fine. But how often does this happen? Once? I'm sure the person called and cried their hearts out to CGC.

So, just like the misshap of the SS program. One person's screw up, became everyone's burden.

And whoever called CGC and complained because their book went from a 9.8 scheduled, to a 9.6 graded is an A--hole Plain and simple.

I can understand not giving grades for scheduled...but graded???

It's a customer service enhancement, meant to decrease TATs. Soon, grades won't be included on slabs either. Less printing time for the labels, so you get your books back quicker.

Thanks for the links, I think he has access to that.

BUT Modern Fast Track is a little outdated. I've had books that "were" grading in 10 business days, but it took almost too weeks to get the books to encapsulation and shipped.

Also, with the "new" rule, you can no longer get grades when books are scheduled for grading, or EVEN graded........

Now how does that make sense? CGC won't give you grades when the book is graded?

This is getting to be too much.

13 business days have passed on my fast track. Still showing graded, so they are not even keeping up with fast track now

Fast Track is more like 20 business days now.

Magazines are a different tier.
