  1. I've always used usps but the most recent and forced change to fedex has created this problem. I work all day and just had my 3rd delivery exception. I have been told I have no option to pick it up at the local hub and fedex says "the sender has to call to verify the account." The CGC rep on the phone said that will not be done and the shipment will be sent back to CGC. The shipping manager will then reach out at of course double the shipping cost. If this is the case I will no longer do business with CGC as I cannot be at home at any random day (all day) to wait for a shipment. CGC needs to allow flexibility in pickup with fedex.
