    So I have an 1963 Avengers #1 blue 4.5 that has designation "Jack Kirby written on first page" ...... I think I should crack out and take another look, and if it looks legit, send into CGC and try for a JSA authentication ? Thoughts ?

    All interest is (obviously) on the 8.5 Kansas City Action #1 and it's multi-million dollar hammer price ............... Action #1 mod-restored 8.0 is over $330K with juice ---- any guesses where this will end / should end at ? Can it hit $500K with juice ?

    Many of those books were sitting in the collections of people with undue influence in the hobby—people whose support CGC needed in order to succeed in the early days this ....... back then and even now I believe (Promise grading anyone ?)

    I think $100K right on ..... no more or less ..... but very early Spidey with Kirby pencils and Ditko inks must be 6 figures in my book .....
