  1. I remember a guy at the 1982 SDCC had two pages from GL #76 (including the one with the penciled portraits of Kennedy and King) for sale at $150/ea. It was the last day of the con and I was already flat broke so couldn't make the purchase. It haunts me until this very day....LOL!
  2. I remember this issue being one of the first I submitted to CGC for slabbing. Got it back as a 9.6 but with a restored purple label...ugh! Bought the raw off of eBay as a pristine copy but CGC found retouching on the cover.
  3. That always kills me, but usually makes me more determined to try and acquire that particular book...LOL!
  4. Like Dover, this is one that I’ve been searching for a long time!
  5. You wouldn't happen to still have that House of Secrets #88 9.6 still available by any chance?
  6. Another favorites of mine are those Gold Key photo covers! Been looking for this one in 9.4 for a while!
  7. Aloha! Long time collector from Hawaii who just returned from a long sabbatical from the world of comics. Not buying any new stuff, but got the fever again for key high grade CGC books to fill holes on my wall display! Mostly interested in Silver Age books with some cross over into Bronze Age as well. Here is one of my more recent acquisitions. Nick Cardy, along with Neal Adams, are two of my fave DC cover artists and both are high on my hunt list!
