  1. That is strange. One thing I haven't seen alot of mention of is that the cards sit perfectly in the slab. there is no play to move around(which I like). I think that this might be why they have to wait for larger holders because the holders are very specific to size. While being a PITA for turnaround times, this has been one of my biggest gripes with psa slabs and other companies with the cards moving around in the slab and causing damage. In the long run, I think this will be good once they figure out the supply chain problem and the insane state of grading settles down.

  6. I found some and this is accurate, all camos were there in packs. Still think they are cheesing us out of some base but whatever.

  10. Just sent cards for my PC. I have never said douchey things like churn and burn so I guess you win? Not sure your beef with every person you encounter, you come off as a sad lonely person looking for attention.

  12. I only found fat packs unfortunately. They did screw up the Heritage mega boxes but the sparkles were in the packs.
  13. The only outrage is that my order is already 15 business days past TAT(if it is actually when delivered haha) and still scheduled for grading.
  14. Only blame is the lack of response to the situation. SGC reacted accordingly, BGS dgaf, CSG got buried. Maybe start limiting bulk orders? eliminate lower tier services till psa reopens? I'm no expert but some kind of reaction was warranted.
  15. How about this company doesn't advertise a service they cant provide? If we were originally told it was 199 days, no problem yeah? When you throw out a bait and switch(twice now) and are not prepared to handle any of it, the problem lies with the company, not the customer. If your bank denied you access to your money for 199 business days would you just roll over and be pooped on? Either example it is a business that needs to honor what they advertise.
  16. Yes it is called USPS tracking and it shows me exactly when it was delivered to their facility. The problem is them confirming delivery and then taking a month or longer at this point to open and enter into system, then another month after being opened in scheduled for grading, I cant tell you what happens past this point as I am still stuck there.
  17. This does not work if you keep increasing times! A lot of unnecessary confusion. Just be honest and say that all TAT start when package is opened, especially if you are opening packages that are already pushing the stated TAT of when they were sent. At this point you are a (secure?) storage facility for most of us for at least a year and the lack of honesty and transparency is going to not only hurt our bottom line, it is going to damage your brand in sports card grading before you even get started.

I have heard so many different things from different CSG reps from they go by old TATs to new ones, TAT starts when recieved at facility, TAT starts when they open package etc. Honesty is the best policy and the lack of transparency is quite alarming for a new branch of an established company. We chose CSG for price and TAT, if I needed somebody to hold my cards for a year, I would of just sent to PSA and got better ROI.

  21. This is the pricing they have listed now. No bulk listed on "new" pricing. Not trying to shock anyone at all. New info is always good. Seems they are being a bit tougher on their grading now also.
