@CGC Mike so can we expect CGC to issue a statement walking back their position on the matter.  You literally have Marvel telling retailers that such actions are not permitted.  Seriously, I don't mind when people do something wrong, but I do mind when they double down on their idiocy in the face of mounting support disproving them.  How f'in hard is it for a company to swallow its pride and do the ethical thing?

(And before anyone responds, it was a rhetorical question.  I have every expectation that CGC will bury their head in the sand.)

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if they do capitulate and null the graded book numbers

it would be the only real way to hit the people still exploiting this with reality

So… hear me out… does this open the door for grading anthropodermic bibliopegy…

Sorry, you want to cover a bible in acetate and send it in to cgc to get a 9.9 with quick turnaround to sell to influencers at a con?

are you sure about that, I got all the way to the end of a submission and got a "One or more of your submissions cannot be processed as entered. Please check the order information, and try again" yet there is nothing indicating any errors

  4. Hello, this is my first time with grading comics. I have been on a spending spree thanks to my highly motivated son and figured this would be a good one to start with getting some opinions just before i send them in for grading! I understand that pressing would probably help this particular one as its been in a plastic cover but not with a board for many years. Thank you.
