    Hi! I'm new to these forums and hoping for some help. I bought a mid-grade PGX slabbed book on ebay, and I don't think the grade is accurate now that I have it in hand. It has also clearly shifted in the case from the pics from the ebay listing, which seems weird to me. If I send it to be regraded to CGC, and it comes back lower, can I return under Ebay or PayPal buyer protection? For what it's worth, if it came back a 0.5 grade or 1.0 lower, that would be fine. But if it comes back lower than that, I would want to return. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
