Inspired by 40yrs comes this one.

For the Top Notch, go with the one on the right to keep. Brighter colors.
And great full page art inside.

The lure of a Larson Superman 5 has been soundly defeated. Congratulations to the fortunate winner.

buoyant!
It's mine now.
And I'm cracking it open.

Dang, that book went up. A personal grail for me. Fav cover as well. As Little Richard has said, Sheena "makes my big toe stick up in my boot."
-
Eye candy for a lazy Sunday.
-
Coverwise it ain't as cool as the others here but it is an Ace and a Mile High.

It's been a busy few weeks, after two, count'em, two years away from buying.

Two beauties from Heritage and the Top-Notch with perfect centering from C-Link.

Jeeze Steve. They're beautiful.

Where's DC in all this? Are they waiting for the Marvel movies to tank?
-
Here's one I use to have.

I'm still incredibly jazzed about getting my Marvel Mysterys. Thanks to Steve, Vintage, and all who chimed in to say the kind words.
An idyl thought and kudos... dealers such as Metro have figured me out pretty nicely, just by not pushing and letting folk like me take the time for a decision. Car salesmen and eco-friendly home improvement phone people take note.
Metro, Terry, Filter, Bedrock, Verzyl (thanks for the nail polish--now how do I remove it?), Redbeard, and others have made our hobby, well, fun. A tip of the paper cup, Johnny Walker Red with ice in my case, to them who made these Cons an adventure and not an adjunct to other media less worthy.

'Bout every summer it's time for a group shot.
Nothing beats baby Jane though. Tomorrow is 3 months. Mazel tov.
These are fifteen of my best.
Very nice! Congrats on all your new additions!
BTW Congrats to RedFury on his newest addition Sarah Jane.

Hey, "Busted Flash". Check out the Overstreet Market Report 2012 in the new OSPG. A Marvel Mystery Comics #4 CGC 9.2 sold for $50,787. Wow!! You made the best buy at SDCC 2012. Both books are keepers. Do not flip, do not sell, do not consign, do not pass go, do not collect $200.
SLR
What about that MH Whiz 22? That was a sweet book.
-
These from Metropolis at SDCC. Thanks guys again.
I forgot to mention.
The 4 is a Twilight Pedigree.

That's one of my favorite books of yours. What ever happened to the 'Slingers Midgets?'

CapFreak started this thread.
That's all I'm saying.

The MMM collection was the biggest thrill to see that year at SDCC. That and 'Drippy Duck and Lil' Iffy.'

Human Torch on drugs kissing Namor!?! Puts the S&M in Sub-Mariner. Oh, the shame.
