Getting rid of my Mighty Thors to make room for GA goodness.
Numbers 155-166 in VG to FN+. I have others too if interested.

Kudos to Spider-Dan and ciorac. Enjoy the Kirby/Lee epics.

OK, I didn't plan it that way but it turned into a Cap themed weekend. First up my pickup from San Diego with a couple of interior shots included from reading the book this morning. I have to say that this book was much more readable than my only other GA CAP - issue 11 which left much to be desired in the story deparment.
Damn that's pretty sweet. If only I was in town during the sale. Cap appears rather stretched out and Torch flew right through a neck. (thumbs u

I'll be in San Diego on Thursday for selling/trading. Here's the stuff.
I'm looking for 'The Big Book,' so help me out. Mention the phrase:
Afganistan Banana-stand
and get 10 % off. See ya at the Con.

Before trotting out to San Diego and a well deserved vacation, I thought I'd try again to offer these GA books I'll be eventually bringing to SDCon.
Whatever is not sold will be schleped to the Con, so please give a look in Gold Sales for the pic of the flyer I'll use and see if anything grabs you.

C'mon. There must be one other book out there with the 'S.F.' stamp on the cover!
What's the cover-up? Have I stumbled onto a secret no mortal can fathom? First the 'Jack Grable ' All-Flash #3 mystery, and now this. Anyone?

Big Red McLean, fighting the Red River boys.

50/50 chance. I skim-read it on the GAC so maybe I won't. My MO is always to liberate the books whether old label or new. CGC is like gift wrapping to me. Why do you ask?

Just won on HA, and probably my final purchase from them too, is this Fight Comics #2, Feb 1940. It's the first time this issue has been shown here. Drawn by Will Eisner, the swastika cover misses being the first by one month (Top-Notch #2 from Jan 1940).
Also inside is a Fletcher Hanks story.
Anyone out there have any books with the same 'S.F.' stamp as this one?

Without the two panels that would be one of my favorite covers.

If you cross your eyes and squint it's just like in 3D.
The one on the left makes me want to covet. Great color.
I crossed my eyes and squinted, and this is what I saw:

Doesn't anyone miss CapFreak, the boy with the world's least comic book friends?

That Peter Pan Treasure Chest is hard to find in decent condition. Usually it is cut up and written on like the Donald Duck Fun Books.
Check out 40yrs' avatar for how sharp his Peter Pan Treasure Chest is.
