  1. That is nice Who's the picture of on the comic boxes?
  2. My first post in this thread. I have always been a Brave and Bold fan but never really collected them in decent grade. I took a chance and bid on several B&B lots in an online auction. There was no description and only a small cover scan with the book in a bag to go on. They weren't steals but decent enough prices. I have to admit after getting them and going through them - they are some of the soundest books I have seen - structurally, bright cover colors and gloss, supple white pages for the most part. they aren't prefect with some spine tics and such but they sure feel good in hand. I was pleased. Here's a group shot with a few individual pics.
  3. A rare Timely addition for me. I really want to get a #1. I have #2 and now #3.

  9. I don't want your request to be overlooked by my meaningless post. I don't know the answer but hopefully someone will help. I was going through some more of my stuff and ran across these three figures from 1995. From a cursory search on Ebay, they don't appear to be worth anything but I thought I would share.
  10. A big heartfelt thanks to Roger (Weird Paper) for the beautiful Startling Comics #3. It brings me another step closer to my goal. And I have to add how well packed and protected t book was. Thanks Roger (thumbs u

    Reholder Fee

Gemma Am I understanding this correctly - If I submit a CGC certified book for review for grade and PQ that would normally have to be submitted on the express tier because of the value, then I would most likely be charged a standard submission fee? Also - if there if this case is unopened and undamaged, then is there any possibility it would come back a lower grade/PQ with the review? Thanks
  12. Here's a mess of Stars. Many of these are not necessarily high grade but they are fun.
  13. These were handy so here are some Droids:
  14. Love them myself. I was transferring many long boxes of comics to short boxes and found some gems. I hadn't looked at these books in 20 years or longer. I found Droids, Thundercats, and others. Many of them unread. I think they will make up some of my first Pre-Screen submission.
  15. Very nice, Greggy. The colors on the Spidey are great.
  16. Nice books. Every time I see this Capt. Midnight cover, I think the alien was patterned after Bob Hope. That nose is quite striking.
