See his that you quoted was "signed Oct 5th" at New York comic con, that's different than your received. We just didn't want you to get your hopes up to quickly.

Signing will probably happen, but there are the holidays we have to consider but don't know yet

I mean realistically I'm not concerned or particularly impatient it will come when it comes, just curious given I sent mine in very quickly after they announced.  But, CGC gonna CGC.

Borrowing from the other thread, what declared value did you put on the submission form for the book?

I declared 300, and in fairness she just amended the offer because she incorrectly did the search for FMV for Hulk 370.  The whole thing blows though, as I'd rather have the book than the money.

Follow up question - are you in any real need of the store credit?  Because this seems like one of those situations where, at risk of eating the loss in value between original and current condition, I'd go scorched earth on social media with this.  Facebook, Twitter, highway billboards, Instagram, etc.  CGC ruined your book and wants to lowball you in return.  Their lack of integrity should be put on full display for all to see.

As I posted in the TAT thread, CGC just offered me 75 bucks in store credit after losing my Hulk 340.  Im livid.

This won't make you feel better, but I posted in the QC thread....CGC has had my Incredible Hulk 340 in G/E/I since april after I sent it in August of last year.  Not only have I had next to zero communication on it unless I make it a point to reach out, but it appears theyre going to just chalk it up to being lost and send to claims.  I specifically sought out this book when I was 16 (I am now 42) because I was a huge McFarlane fan (as everyone was during that period) and was thrilled to add it at the time.  Now theyre going to probably offer me a couple hundred dollars if I'm lucky when I dont want the money, I simply want my book.  It's pretty infuriating.

Well, this morning the claims department offered me a whopping 75 bucks in CGC credit for Incredible Hulk 370 (couldn't even bother to get the correct book which was the McFarlane 340), which is just downright insulting.  What an absolute joke CGC is.

Literally ANYBODY actually trying to find my books would be nice. Customer service just keeps telling me nobody from the floor is responding. For like 2 months. It's super great. :frustrated:

  6. Dont know if this is fully on topic, but close enough and I'm ready to vent.  Sent a copy of Incredible Hulk #340 for pressing and grading AUGUST 2021 that finally came back and uploaded as G/E/I in April or May.  By the middle of June with no movement I started sending inquiries to CGC via email which were mostly responded to with "oh, its about to be graded/soon enough sir" type answers.  Finally I called after no movement in the middle of August or thereabouts (caveat every CS agent of dealt with has been very helpful)  and was told they were going to put a notification out to their warehouse to find it.  Heard nothing for two weeks, called back and was told oh be patient they will get back to us.  Nothing, finally started talking to another CS rep in September who put in a request higher up since no one in their warehouse had responded.  Believe it is now with their claims/receiving department.  What pisses me off is that not only is a fairly valuable book apparently just misplaced somewhere in their facility, but it appears that it is on us the customer to hound them to do anything about a submission they've lost.  My guess is that would be sitting there in limbo with no one bothering to look for it had I not started pestering them.  I realize that they probably have thousands of books, but that's not my problem.  I want my book, I'm not interested in getting a few hundred bucks compensation.  Again, appreciate the CS agents as they've been helpful with all of this, but it's odd to me that the people they have looking for it just kind of blew it off.

I know at one point my promoted listings were considered ads and Ad Block and UBlock were filtering them on browsers. Very possible this is the case.

I think it's absolutely the case.  I was posting buy it now sports cards and sometimes getting zero views, when I switched them to auction I immediately started getting views.

Darn. I was debating on sending my last shipment fast track and opted for slow track instead. If I went for FT I would have them back by now.

Sent three fast track modern where they were opened and entered on 6/28.  They are already on their way back to me.
