I cant find any mention of him in relation to Zero hour.

 

Unless he did the trade cover

Not to my knowledge. I've got the trade and it's got a cover by Jurgens. I just checked www.comicspriceguide.com for a look at the trade covers of both first and second printings and both were the same image by Jurgens.

I wonder if this piece is dated anywhere? That might tell us more about when it was done and for what.
