I bought the Trade this weekend and am reading it right now Pretty good so far

One of my favorite modern stories. I pcked up the first prints when they first came out but I also picked up a regular and signed TP.

When the trade came out I picked it up. Great story. Niles art takes some getting used to,

in fact there are still some panels from the trade I still can't quite make out what I'm looking at

but the story flowed so nicely that it didn't matter too much.

Can't wait for the movie also! (thumbs u

Good concept. Story and dialogue is way overrated in my opinion. Plus The Twilight Zone or maybe it was one of the Outer Limits episodes (I forget what series it was) did a similar story to this years before the comic came out.

Well, imho:

The annuals are all very good, and the direct sequal to the original mini (called "Dark Days") was pretty good. I also enjoyed the "Dead Space" mini, but a lot of the other stuff didn't really do it for me ("Return to Barrow", "Bloodsucker Tales", etc).

 

I hope that helps at least a little. I still think the original is, by far, the best
