I don't think uploading your pic does anything. The "analyzing photo" just makes you look at their screen for 1000 seconds, maybe clicking a link or two. Then the "Simpsonized" photo they show you just has the selections you chose at the beginning regarding hair, beard, and skin color. I tweaked it from that, but the end result was my own doing, not anything that had to do with my pic I uploaded.
