Hard to tell but CGC I believe may consider that corner a production defect on those DC 25 centers. Are there any spine ticks? The corners look pretty sharp. I do know that those DCs are considered pretty hard to grade consistently

Yep, and actually could have gotten a 9.2 by the looks of it. As for the spine, I just sold a raw 8.0 copy of the book at WW Chicago last month and it had the same wrap. I think it is a common misconception that this book should not have the white strip with the title running down on the front of the book which is perceived as a bad miswrap, when it actually was intended to be printed that way. Based on the copies I have seen, this book's spine is pretty nice and the page quality is difficult to match with White pages.....
