Tiny tear top edge middle of the front cover?

Its a tiny nick, almost like a SA chip. There's a nick you can see in the scan plus another along the top edge you can only see in hand. There's a microscopic amount of paper missing from the top of the pages at the nicks, as if it wasn't cut perfectly true. It looks production related, although its not something I've noticed in other books from this era.

Maybe its your scan but that's the absolute most radiant copy I've seen in a while...but wer'e to be devil's advocate...so back cover RC dent...& tear..I dont know what they take off...but thats beautiful!!

I've had a fair number of these... and the top nicks were a problem with a lot of my books. (It's possible this one may be one of the ones I used to have.)

 

The red also varies issue by issue. Some are incredibly deep and rich. Others are more subdued.

I think it will keep in the 9.6 range

That looks like a 9.2 or 9.6 to me.

 

FC is almost flawless - there is a slight ding at bottom RC of the BC.

I saw that bottom corner on rear and yup I think that will drop it from 9.6 I'll go with 9.4 although I think this could end up being a really nice 9.2
